Scam—do not do business with this company

After the 30 day trial I cancelled due to the service being a scam. They sent me an email that went to spam informing me that instead of cancelling, they would put my account on hold. I never received the email. Months later, I noticed I was being charged $79 a month so I went to my bank and cancelled the credit card. I called IMX to reiterate my cancellation. Last week, Feb I recieved a call from Tiffany to check on my account. I immediately called them and said I did not have an account, it had been cancelled many months ago. After the runaround a manager called me back to let me know that they would approve a refund in the amount of $300. His suggestion was that we work together, keep the account open, and they would "help me make my money back through their service" I asked if that was half, he responded that they have been taking money from my account for 19 months!!! I immediately called my bank, they confirmed that a stop payment had failed to go through and IMX was definitely taking money from a cancelled card. Now it is my bank vs. Imx. Do not do business with this company.
