How did twx@aol charge $32.90 to my bank account without my authorization? I want to know. That is wrong! Internet

Twx@aol has been charging me $32.90 for the past 16 months on my bank account and I have never spoken to anyone from that company or received any services from them. There is not even a phone number I could call to stop the payments or cancel or ask any questions. This is very scary that some company can do this and not be contacted or stopped.
