They have been charging me 32.90 a month and i havent had aol in over three years

I was just going over my elderly mothers bank statement with her and notice that twxaol was deducting 32.90 amonth from her bank account and has not had aol in over three years. I would like to see her get all that money back. They knew she wasnt a customer anymore and still took her money, which is stealing!
