15% "restocking fee" on all returns-these people are crooks!

I purchased a camcorder on jan 14th. Brought it home & found the directions extremely difficult. Took it back to the store for technical assistance. No one in the store could help me!!! I told them to refund my money. After they completed the refund they informed me they charge a 15% restocking fee & pointed to a tiny sign. When i asked for the manager, she informed me, "well you should read the back of your receipt". How many people do you think do that? When i continued to question her, she asked me to leave the store. I then called their customer care at the corporate office. Mary tried to tell me this is standard & for appliances they charge a 25% restocking fee, so i should feel good about paying "only 15%".

Beware of best buy. Their advertisements are misleading!
