Illegal funds withdrawal internet

Early this morning, I was online fixing to pay my car insurance. When I hit the submit button a message came back that my paymeny couldn't be processed due to insufficient funds in my bank account. I immediately go online with my bank and look up my transactions. I noticed that $149.00 was taken out of my account on 27 December to a "USA CREDIT". I called the number listed immediately but the office is closed because its just 6:30am. I don't really recall talking to anyone from this company. I'm an M.P.in the Army and it didn't take me long to realize what a sham this is.
