Bias hiring racial discrimination

Psa is a korean based company with no respect for the american people. Myself and 2 other employees were told americans are liers, an our word is no good. Myself and another employee was told blacks work harder than whites. A female employee was told to shut-up, women in their country dont talk. Their is no diversity, which is policy every korean employed by psa is getting salary pay (everyone). Only koreans get professional staff assignments. Mang., directors, engineers, sales, marketing, supervisors, vps and officer of the company. An if a position needs filling than only a korean can fill it. Dont look to be anything other than a laborer if employed, regardless of your qualification. Racial discrimination is also displayed openly! A complaint has been filed with eeoc, but they have not taken any action as of yet. They try to force their culture on us, even telling employees we did character. It fills like were working for a major money washing oganization, changing us money. If you are looking to start a automotive industry i would not even consider this a option.

Furthermore they can leave their mess in korea, this is america and we have enough racial tention within our country without someone else adding to it. If you do not want diversity within your company go back to korea, their culture may allow it, ours does not!!!
