This guy from Belgium does contact artists on myspace.com, asks them very polite if not he might write a nice review on their new release?

As soon as you agree you'll get a both ragged, silly and really negative "review" he'd post on the web in order to destroy your career.

I'd recommend he found and other outlet for his aggressions.
