The Manager Mrs. Kim is very unfair to her employees. The Korean and Hispanic employees are not treated equally. She makes all the Hispanic girls do all of the chores, anything that she wouldn't want the Korean girls to get their hands dirty. She herself will not do anything strenuous. She is also rude. She makes comments, and talks about how bad of an employee we are to one another. She has no managing skills. I have seen how she dealt with so many customers leaving them unsatisfied, running away from them, and letting the employes handle the situation. That is wrong.
