AP Products
AP Products MAJOR SCAM

Miscellaneous

I got an email offering a free trial of the Phenterthin for just the cost of shipping and handling which was $4.95. So I thought what a deal. I recieved the package in a matter of days. I even checked my bank account to make sure they only debitted $4.95 and they had.

So almost 3 weeks later I get a phone call from my bank there is a problem with my account. So I go online and check and I am overdrawn. I look at all the entries in my account and the first thing that stands out is a charge to AP Products for $149.95. I was inraged. I called the bank and told them I didn't authorize this purchase, so they cancel my debit and start a dispute claim.

I went online to the company to get phone numbers and try to contact them. I find that parts of the website are non-functioning. Plus they claim you need to "Submit a ticket". So I did and never heard from them. I called and was sent to an automated system which no one every answers and they never return your call.

I did call once and the machine says "if you know your party's extension you can press it at anytime". So I just tried pushing (1) and I got a lady, when I started telling her my problem with this, she hung up on me. This is such a rip off scam it isn't even funny. I would think that the Better Business Bureau would get involved and shut these people down.

I also read that if you deny the package they send they will charge you $69 to reshelve. I did actually recieve another shipment which I promptly sent back and made it signature required.
