Fradulent billing Pills do NOT work No response ripoff

I authorized $4.95 for shipping and handling to Pure Energy Products for a, "Free" trial sample of diet pills. During the time I was taking the sample pills I saw my doctor 2 times, 4/23/07 and 5/14/07.in that time I gained 4 lbs and was on the 15 day trial the entire time.
On 5/14/07 I had $149.95 taken from my debit card without authorization, I called bank and they gave me a 800 # to call because I had no idea where or when this transaction could have taken place, I know I hadn't used my card on-line for any diet pills. When I figured out what had happened, that Pure Energy Products had taken $149.95 from my account WITHOUT my authorization, I immediately tried began calling and emailing them to stop transaction because didn't want anymore of these pills that made me gain weight.
Of course, there was only a recording, and they were always offline when i tried to file a complaint and submit a ticket on their website. I filed a dispute with Bank of America and they told me to send the un-opened package back to company and call them when I had a tracking number.
I spent close to $20 in postage to get any signatures I needed, and yesterday, 6/7/07 the package came back "REFUSED" from Pure Energy Products. Now i am facing the chance that the claim i filed with the bank will be refused because they didn't accept the return. BofA did a claim refund to my account for the entire amount, pending that Pure Energy Products didn't dispute my dispute. Now what?
