CashFlow Experts, Thomas Kish does not disclose return policy - says during webinar 30 day money back gtd. But without telling you, opening the product voids the return policy. I want my $702.00 retur Las Vegas

We were on a Webinar presented by Thomas Kish and although he "guaranteed" the return of his product which cost over $700.00 - if dis-satisfied with the product. We were told several times we would be able to review and return within 30 days and get a full refund.

We ordered the product and found it was totally mis-represented during the webinar and not the information we had been looking to receive. The only information that was sent with the product was our paid invoice.

We were never told that if you "opened" the CD's we would not qualify for a refund. This was not disclosed at any time. It took us several days to get a copy of a "refund Questionnaire" and that was not even for the product we purchased - but we filled it out and sent back the product. On the day we returned the product, we did speak with David Hurt who told us we could send this back.

Now they are refusing to refund our money because we opened the material sent to us. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO EVALUATE a product if you can't open it. The fact that they did not disclose this point, should make us eligible to get our money refunded.

I truly hope everyone who has fallen into this trap will also report it to the Federal Trade Commission.
