Did not send the product paid for

I paid for an item (JCM 900 4500 GUITAR AMP) through ebay. The seller Kyle Walsh, informed me that the item was going to be mailed either Thursday 15th or Friday 16th. I emailed him after Friday to get an update and possibly a tracking number for the item. The days had passed that I was suppose to receive the amp. I tried several attemps to contact him after that but Kyle never contact me regarding when or if he had ever sent the item.
