Cashcall
Harass me, cause my account to close

I got a loan with cashcall back in may. The loan was for $5,000. I was paying them every month on time. They were taking it from my checking account.in august i was having some financial promblems and i also was given 30 days to find a place to live me and my eight years old daughter. I contacted cashcall to let them know my situtions. They told me they can not take partical of the money from my account they will have to take what i owe. So they took more from my account leaving with a overdraft. So i try talking with a supervior there but they gave me the run around also. Me and my eight years old daugther had no where to live for a month and three weeks. I had no money. I had to beg friends to feed me and my daughter. My had to star school she had no school clothes cause i could not afford them at that time. I work only 24 to 32 hours per week. I had to paid for staying with friends and sometimes we stay at cheap motels. We were living in a shelters for a short time and friend houses from time to time. And i explain this to cashcall these problems, but they kept be so rude and leaving me overdrafts from my account. So i had to close my account. Now, i don't have a account. And they are harassing me everyday at my job. And i hope i don't lose my job.
