Liars who do not Pay there employees

They refuse to give me my final paycheck. I am owed for two sales total for me $617.94 but the owner Scott Tally refuses to pay me. I found a better job at a real company that I do not have to worry if my paychecks bounce. I did the right thing fave my notice and was told you do not have to stay here till Oct. 5 (two week notice) you can leave today.
Well I have been asking many times to get my final check but have been told you have charge backs he tells everyone that. Well I did have a charge back the last time that I worked there. But I did quite and went else where and Scott called and asked me to come back and paid me when it was pay day up unitll the day I was fired.
If he was so worried about the charge back why would you bring someone back to your company.
I am owed these monies and I would not go to work for this company if you are looking for a job.
It is not right on pay day to have to go to three different check cashing places before you can get your check cashed. This happens to a lot of employees.
