Refuse to give last paycheck

I have checked with the Texas Pay Day laws and they feel they do not have to pay someone who is on straight commission there last paycheck when they leave. Well they do and I will fight all the way till the end to get my money. You also have to wonder if your paycheck will be cashable as a lot of the have bounced in the past and you play the pay check dance to see what check cashing place will cash it this week.

I hate that this has come this far it is only fair to pay someone what you owe them. Scott runs around screaming about charge backs well he is talking about me and one I had there the last time I worked there I would like to know if that was such a big problem that he made a company decission why did he ask me to come back to work for him? It would just be eaiser to pay what you owe!!!
