Was ordered to work off the clock

I was working for this company, and I was ordered to work off the clock, during my lunch break. When I clocked out, and off the clock I was told to continue on working. This did not happen on 1 occasion but, everyday occurance. Even when it was my time to go home, and I wasnt done with my work, I was told to clock out and finish up. I was also a target of workplace violance.

When they hired Juan Tony Trujillo, in Dec. He started in on me, trying to basically run me off. I was a cook the only girl. I was constantly harrassed and verbally abused by this person. He told me that he didnt like women in HIS kitchen. I told the dietary manager of this and she told me he was going to run it like he wanted and that he was trained that way. I was threaten, I was told to shut my f - ing mouth or he would shut it for me.

By this time we had lost 2 cooks, thanks to him and his mouth. One guy told me that he was tired of Tonys mouth, he got all his personal stuff he had in the kitchen, and the next day he was suppose to work and he never showed up. Tony asked me where he was and I said it because of you. I had also told the assistant adminstration, that he threaten me, and of course he lied and nothing was done about it. When I would be at a table working on something he would put a big pot in my way and laugh and ask me what are you going to do? Tell. Yeah right they wouldnt believe anything you say, you are a lyer everyone says you are a lyer.

I also complained about the music, was gangster rap, the f word women refered to B word, and when I complained, they did nothing. I was finding the music to be violance, and very hostile and vugar music. They basically did nothing and the complaints that I filed with the corporate office I was fired. Well, they still owe me money. They have access to go into your time and change your times. They have done it to me several times and now they still owe me money.

What I should have done when I was threaten, call the police.
