Sherry Garnes Non Paying Company - Don't go to work for SBG Digital

I quit working for SBG Digital almost 4 weeks ago and they have yet to pay me for the final 4 weeks that I worked for them. Over $2000.00 is owed to me. Not only that, but the company that contracts them, MASTEC, paid SBG Digital for bonuses earned ie. Sales, DPP Commissions for the periods of August through Feb and those bonuses have not been paid either. Nearly $400.00 owed. Grand total of nearly $2400.00 owed. I have asked where my final pay is, told the owner that I would contact the IRS, Labor Board, State Labor Board, etc., and yet, he will not answer when I will get the pay that is owed to me. Also, it was discovered that the QC Technician that was being used to check our work was NOT a qualified QC Technician at the time and that charge backs are bogus. This company has charged back Technicians for jobs that they say have failed, yet when I went back to check these jobs, nothing was wrong. Sometimes, the QC Technician took pictures of the wrong job! Barry Garnes was asked numerous times about the MASTEC MONEY as it is called and he said he would check into it. Yet, still no answers, no pay. He even told the Area Supervisor at the time, (yes, you guessed it, he no longer works there either), to drop it and let it go. Basically to me, this was telling him that we were not going to be paid. At the time I began working for SBG Digital, I signed NO contracts or documents stating that my pay would be held beyond the Federal Laws guidelines which states that any one due a paycheck during a pay period must be paid on that payday or Federal Law is violated. Well, that payday has passed, and another payday coming this Friday. One violation has been committed already, will another???
