Debits account high to low and hits you with the same withdrawls and fees multiple times

I'm not sure this is going to make sense to anyone one but me because i don't really know how to explain it but I wrote a check about 2 days before i got paid and since i had direct deposit i thought that by the time the cleck cleared that my paycheck would be in there to cover the check. The paycheck got in the account before the check i wrote cleared and i accounted for the money that would be taken out for the check and then proceded to spend my money the way i normally would for the week, well the next week when i went to get money out of the atm it said that i was quite a bit negative, and i had to wait until monday morning to find out what happened. They cashed the check out of my account but put that it was taken out the day it was written instead of the day that it acctually hit the account and started a vicious cycle. I ended up having to go months with out money and having to borrow money from people to just be able to close out my account but not without having them steal a whole paycheck from me. It took the place i worked for weeks to get boa to give them back the paycheck so i could have it. What a great bank right???
