Internet thieves and beyond... internet

These scammers are just repulsive crooks who scam innocent victims who believe they are actually playing on a reputable web site.
I had a $550 balance in my account, and I wanted to withdraw it and just go ahead and close the account.
They had the audacity to send me a "hot check" with no bank data on it, therefore my bank obviously rejected it, and I never saw my money.
I have requested these thieves to give me my money, and all they are telling me is that I need to show a bank statement in which I show my banks refusal, and then they need this and that...
The run around just not to pay me my money. Basically they want me to prove that their "hot check" was indeed a hot check.
I sent them a fax with my bank's refusal letter and a copy of their monopoly check, and still they are ignoring my request.
Now the only thing that's blocking me from suing their nasty asses right away is the fact that we have these dumb ass laws on internet gambling (yes I know about 'em, before you submit your smart ass comments on the laws), and I'm not sure if they can be hung on the wall for writing a fake check or what.
I'm pretty sure the money I won are lost forever since these bastards aren't making any attempt to fix what they did, so all I can say is that this has to be a normal practice of their online scam to innocent victims, so if you are a gambler I strongly suggest you to avoid them because they will litterally RIP YOU OFF.
