Scam and cheating

My 18 year daughter received a $4995 check today in the mail drawn from a Bank of America. She was advised that she had been picked as a mystery shopper and had the potential to make $450 per week, plus spending allowance to mystery shop. Immediately I was concerned. Although the letter looks real and the check looks real, after further web research I discovered that this company is also based out of New Mexico with the same toll free #. Web research indicates that the check is counterfeit.innocent people deposit this check thinking that it is legit and their bank returns it because of counterfeit. If the check is cashed over the counter and the innocent party has enough funds in their bank account to cover the bounced check, the innocent party has lost $4995, while the scam artists get away. If you receive a letter and check similar to this, check it out before depositing it.
