We hired JKHarris in Staten Island also, Mary. Was it Mr. Romano? We obtained a judgment against them for $4000. We can't collect because they don't have assets in New York - the checks we sent go to a SC bank. Can't touch them.
How do they keep getting away with this. I contacted 20/20 last year - no response - can we start a letter writing campaign to get someone's attention? There are going to be many more victims out there if we don't do something.
