Due dtaes are not real... Be very careful

After recieving numerous letters stating I was not payin my loan on time I read some fine print. ASC stated that my payments needed to be RECEIVED by a specific date... However, after speaking to ASC i have come to undertands that the common phrase of recieved means "POSTED" to theses people.

They have hired an attorney to put me inforclosure without telling me that they were doing this and billing me for whatever they attorney says... ASC's word were... He billed us. So we bill you. We dont know what it is for.

These people are a scam and are tying to take whatever they can get thier hands on. Even though they clearly put something in writing. Do not believe it because they have thier own meanings for words and now I have to fight to keep my house.

How can we protect ourselves??
