Useless service, charged a nonrefundable membership fee when none mentioned by phone rep. Or in terms, extremely difficult to reach customer service

I unfortuantely made contact with this scam group while responding to a craigslist rental ad. All this company does apparently, is copy and paste foreclosure listings from HUD or such other free sites, then charges you a ridiculous fee to access. No, you CANNOT assume someone else's conventional mortgage, and you DO need average to good credit to refinance that mortgage into your own name. So the entire premise of their supposedly "great deal" is totally false. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I will be disputing their ridiculous charge with my credit card company, because this company is nothing but a bunch of lousy con artists.
