Do not attempt to refinance with BOA - mortgage refinance

When one is the position to refinance and can show all the factors to be approved and are told that you are preapproved, everyone at BOA is so friendly and helpful. We actually had a home mortgage there and never have missed one payment and also have a bank account there. After the endless paperwork starts and you are required to pay the $450 for processing fees, the entire ordeal changes quickly. The customer service team could not be any ruder and add that on to endless paperwork and not being able to access any help on the phone. This is truly a scam and BOA is taking advantage of consumers and they need to be investigated on this new scam. This went beyond unsatisfactory service and we feel totally abused by BOA. Sad to know that present BOA clients are treated this way and how scary it must be for those who get lured into BOA and how they must be treated. BOA gives major banks their bad name and reputation for sure.
