Dear. Sir

I recently bought a tech-xccessories bluetooth headset from tiger direct. After i bought it they said that, i could get a free cellphone battery for purchasing the bluetooth headset. Well guess what i waited the four weeks and i was shocked to receive a empty envelope, no battery, no refund of the 7.95 i paided for shipping. All i wanted was a v3 razor battery that i was promised. They will not answer my email's. I am through dealing with anybody who deals with tiger direct.
