Never gave me my refund on a battery that died

I bought battery from this company I guess 2 months ago or so. When my car would not start I called them they said bring the battery or have the car towed to us and we will check it. It was about a week old and I paid a great deal of money for it.

I decided I would just return the Battery and get another more reliable one. I called AAA they came out and replaced the battery and they returned the battery to the the location where I bought it with a note saying they could refund my card or send me a check.

Weeks went by I sent them a registered letter still no refund. The BBB in this area is Useless I filed a complaint and I waited about a week or so to see if I was contacted. Nothing! I checked their site and the Complaint was not even listed. I sent them a email and they said they have no record of it??? So I submitted it again its been about 8 weeks at least! Nothing!!!
