Very Dishonest Costing Us All Hundreds Of Dollars They said I signed up for their business almost a year ago on the internet, I had not! Ripoff

We currently stopped our long distance carrier, as we are now using cell phones for long distance. When I recieved our bill I noticed this voicevox listed for $14.95. I called our phone co. To find out why, as we have never used this service. She told me to call this number 888-7603724, and tell them to cancell. The man said I ordered this 10 months ago on the internet. I have never even heard of this company! When I called them, they said they would credit me 3 months back... Big deal after almost a year. I told them I never ordered this and they should be ashamed to be working for this company, as they are ripping everyone off. I had no idea it was happening all this time. I probably wouldn't have found this if I hadn't cancelled all of our long distance from our local company. If anyone decides to do something about this company, let me know please!
