ESBI - Verizon Long Distance Ripoff Unauthorized monthly charges put on my long distance telephone number from using the internet

I found a charge on my long distance telephone bill called Nationwide Emergency Broadcast. I didn't pay it and found it again the next month. I called my long distance carrier and asked what that was. They told me an internet billing company called ESBI put the charge on my phone bill.

They said they put it on there if you possibly filled out a grocery survey. I had to call ESBI to get it taken off, which I did.

The next bill I had a credit for Nationwide Emergency broadcast but had a bill for Residential email from ESBI.

I called ESBI again and told them in no uncertain terms do not bill me again. I do not use my telephone number as a credit card. I also called Verizon and did the same.
