These people are cons! I paid the extra 1000.00 for the three day real estate class, and when I got there, I was taught next to nothing.instead, they spend their time getting you motivated to pay for "the real" classes costing from 8500.00 to 50.000!! For real! When you find this out it is too late to get a refund. The info they are selling is common knowledge you can get from a 12.99 book on investing at the book store!
