Ripoff The MOST fraudulent and dishonest management company EVER They employ Deceit and fabrication to justify false charges

This company is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I leased a property for 6 months, depositing $850 for pets and cleaning. When I vacated the residence, this company withheld hundreds of dollars of my deposits in false and fraudulent charges. They charged me for not removing a satellite dish despite the fact that the dish was present when I moved in and was not my responsibility to remove. They charged me falsely for carpet cleaning, despite the fact that I provided receipts to support the fact that I had already had the cleaning done professionally. They have charged me for 'wiping down towel bars, wiping down the front of the oven, putting a closet door back on track, etc.' and these ridiculous charges resulted in a $150 bill.

I have written several letters, provided dates and times when I returned the keys and provided the necessary receipts, and they continue to withhold my deposits. They provide two different letters, with two entirely different timelines, and clearly show they have no recordkeeping ability to support their fabricated claims that they are justified in retaining my deposits. Buyer beware with this property management company. They will do whatever they can to make sure they can hang onto a trusting lessee's deposits. I have requested a return of $340 for house and carpet cleaning and they refuse to comply. Their lies and deceit should be cause to put them out of business.
