I used to be a realtor and have gone to Real Estate school before. The following words are expressions of my opinion, which comes from years and years of experience.

Save your money. This is NOT a legit school.

FIRST, I call and ask what the total price is and he quotes me in the $300's. Then I drive all the way down there to sign up, and he says 'oh there is a charge for this book, and that book, and that class, and tacks on a $100'. I should have walked out right there, but he already had me trapped at that point.

The first day, he gives you this book that is supposed to be your study-guide. For starters, the book had TONS of errors. There were people in the class who really knew their stuff, who said 'wait a minute, that's not right', and then Bud would say 'oh your'e right, we'll have to fix that'.

So you could very well be learning the WRONG stuff (which will make you fail the test and possibly get you in real estate legal problems in the future).
