Perfume Sales Ripoff

I saw a add on Craig's list for a Customer Service / assistant manager
So i called and the girl put me on hold then tells me that she could squeeze me in today so Being the type I am I got in gear and was out the door in 10 minutes.
I arrived at this office and I noticed that the office was completely empty only the girl at the desk and Oh my god the loud boom box playing so loud that i could not hear her at times with her questions. Honestly she seamed like she was hyper but I figure she was just energetic and always smiling.

I was handed a form Normal stuff. But on it they asked what i made at my last job and then what i wanted to earn per week here as a goal. So I logicaly mentioned the same amount that i made. Makes since who wants to make less. (and in fact if you put too much you never get picked.)

I managed to get my form filled out and handed it in and sat for a few minutes.

I was then greated by a man whe proceded to tease me about my name but Hay i'm very use to that so i thought it was ok.

We sat in this nice office and he went over my information and during this interview I was told that the customer service position would be a waist of my tallent and I was asked if I would be interested in the other position which was a managment one. All of these positions are said to be entry level and you would be on some 6weeks or so training. Anyway i told him I would be very interested in that position. I was about to mention that i started my own business But I was cut off and did not finish.

I figured that was because they were very pressed for time so i did not mind.

I was told to call back later to see if i made it threw to the 2nd interview. I figured with him saying with my background an all that he already had planed on me coming back.

So I called them and was told No you did not make it But you can call back in a little bit and they can tell you why you did not.

First of all I felt that most of that was due to the fact that I did not put a huge amount to earn a week. That seamed to be a big part of his presentation was how we are to make money. 2. I'm not a high school grad. That is a little easier to bulley into making all those hard sells.

But the joke is on them I'm a good sales person. I have been in Sales most of my life.
