Ripoff, fraudulant, dishonest, billing issues

This company is fraudulant not what they seem, They try to get people to join by there ads but dont tell u that you have to mail in all the equiptment. I have a 18 mth contract wich I am letting go b/c I have not had service b/c couldnt may my bill right now so they send me a bill for 1,000.00. I did online chat they asked if I sent the equiptment back, no one every called me, wrote me anything telling me I need to send anything in. I wanted to keep service but after all this I am sending everything in to them. They have charged us for channels we never watched but wouldnt give us credit for them. Dont trust this company they arent good at all nothing but fradulant. Even to get this all connected we had trouble with the tech wanting to come out to my house b/c it was to far never showed us how to lock they system work it or anything
