Ripoff. Fraudulant. Won't fix problems to receive signal. Dishonest. Never shows up to fix problem after they promise to be here

My service was turned on September 23. I have had nothing but problems since it was installed. I have called the compnay numerous times for the service to be fixed and have been put off. They would tell me that they were coming and would not show up.

The system seems to work during the night time hours, however, during the day it goes in and out and it changes channels on its on. I have not watched a whole program since it has been installed. I have been told by the company that they would send someone out. The technical person calls me and says that will be out the next day. I wait all day and then they do not show up at all.

Every time I call them back they apologize and come up with a new excuse. They even had the nerve to bill me for the services, which I refuse to pay. It is now October 3rd and they still have not shown up to fix the problems that I am having.
