Service Drops Daily Since September 23, Repair Visits Missed

My service was turned on September 23. I have had nothing but problems since it was installed. I have called the company numerous times to have the service fixed and have been put off. They would tell me that they were coming and then would not show up.

The system seems to work during the night time hours; however, during the day it goes in and out and changes channels on its own. I have not watched a whole program since it was installed. I have been told by the company that they would send someone out. The technical person calls me and says they will be out the next day. I wait all day and then they do not show up at all.

Every time I call them back, they apologize and come up with a new excuse. They even had the nerve to bill me for the services, which I refuse to pay. It is now October 3rd and they still have not shown up to fix the problems that I am having.
