Lazy cowerdly dead beat dad ripoff

I feel extremely ripped-off by my ex husband. It wasn't bad enough that he waited until i was going back to college to decide he wanted a divorce, he also had to decide that his BOYFRIEND wanted nothing to do with our son. The man hasn't seen his son in almost 2 years.
This is also the man that made me pay almost 10,000 dollars in attourney fees. (Luckily i had some help from family considering i was working 1-2 days a week while in school full time.) Between paying for the legal fees for the criminal case (He told the police that i "Pinched" him. Not to mention I had to make sure I had things strait because he was going to "fight me for custody" Yeah, well thats one thing I guess that i just dont have to worry about.

He was nice enough to send my son a birtday card but by the time I figured out where he was in massachucettes he was gone. It took them almost six months to track him down to suspend his licence. Then he tried to save his butt by making a child support payment. Sorry but one payment in a year does not cut it.

I struggle everyday working long shifts to provide my son with the things he likes to do. Such as soccer practice and swim lessons, and trips to parks and the beach. I refuse to let my ex feel like he is still holding me back. But I still feel extrememly ripped off by the fact that he isn't taking responsibility for his choices.
