Normand Pelletier
Dead beat lazy dad! Refuses to pay child support!

Normand Pelletier has a beautiful loving 14 yr old daughter in massachusetts that he refuses to help support. He chose to leave Mass several years ago and since, has moved several times from VA to Maine.
He stopped paying child support last December. He sent me a check for most of the unpaid support in May but refuses to continue paying. He even refuses my daughter when she askes him to pay half for school sports and other important events.

He was paying minimal child support for years because instead of working in his area of expertise, he take minimum wage jobs so he will only have to pay minimun support (that is, when he has a job.) Normand spent years working speratically, never really holding a long term job. He has been taken to court several times for non payment. He had been paying prety consistantly for a few years, but now has reverted back to his old ways. He has told me that he feels he shouldn't have to contribute to our daughters finances any longer since I have re married and have a hard working well paid husband. He feels that my husband should pick up his slack. We think he is just a very lazy and selfish person!

He has never taken his share of responsibilities where our daughter has been concerned, Neither physically, emotionally, or monitarily. Even when My daughter and I were alone, I have always struggled to keep us above water and thank God every day that I have a very supportive family. With the help of my family, I put myself through school while I worked full time when our daughter was younger. Normand didn't help me then either and now is condemming me because I make more money than he does. I begged him to go to school to better himself too, but he refused. He wasn't working for quite some time then either and could have very easily got grants for school. Normand has always taken the easy way out and could never commit to anything. He has always and will always be a lazy mouse of a man!!!
