Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, billing, lies after lies, inconveniences

We've been trying to contact this company for months after receiving no product (received excuses such as sent by bulk mail, no tracking, backordered, etc). Also called their new number 800-716-8667. And was cut off after 10 or 15 minutes of being on hold.

I first ordered Pro seal on March, 3-22-06. Said was sent out on 3-31-06 but never was. They said sent second one on May 18th I never got neigher one. I sent $27.90 was charged another $47.90 on May 23rd. I called they said that I will not be charged until I get the product, but I was both times.

It has been a hassle with lies after lies and getting cut off on the phone. I called Pro seal again August, 8-9-06. They said we will send refund for both $27.90 and $47.90 give us one week. I have not heard anything. I don't have money to throw away to scammers. I have tried and tried but I have not been able to communicate with anyone from their company. They have changed their email, please help me get my money back. Thanks!

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
