Bounced Checks and Terrible Renter Ripoff

This person not only broke her lease agreement she also destroyed the home. She had a rooster living in the home, left garbage inside and out. Did not pay water or electric bills. Burned wholes in floor and left rotten garbage in fridge and dirty diapers in cupbaords. Bounced checks, paid late if at all. And best of all the police had to serve warrants on the home for her and her boyfriend Robert Harrington. Warrents related to local thefts and may have included drug dealings or small town gang activity.

Sondra may be back in the Northern California area (Orville or Redding). She is a CNA and may try to work in a hospital or nursing home.
