They took 159.95 from my bank account

I checked my account and found they have taken 159.95 out through an electronic check i tried to dispute it but the bank said itb was out of thier hands then i called the number on the check and disputed it but they told me to file a report with the police or admit to it and i would only lose 59.95 i guess i was messed because they also caused me to have to pay 130.00 in overdraft fees
