Stealing from bank accounts

I also was ripped off by mypayment.Biz, greenzap.com, mazumah.

They steal/glean your checking account info, from your registration at greenzap.com, and do electronic checks from your checking accounts, in the amount (s) of $19.95, $29.95, $39.95, $49.95 and similar amounts.

If you have been a victim of the above internet scam, report the scam to the following:

1. File a police report. The local police will claim they do not have jurisdiction, but you need the police report (besides the fact it looks good), to report the fraud to your bank.

2. File a formal complaint with your bank's fraud dept., and give them the police report number. This also shows your seriousness for filing the complaint, and helps the bank justify giving you a refund for the unauthorized electronic check debit.

3. File a formal complaint with the web hosting service that hosts the website "mypayment.Biz". You can find out who the web hosting service is/was by going to register.com (do a WHOIS lookup), or looking up the website at WHOIS.com. Find out the web hosting service fax # and fax over your complaint you sent the bank along with the police report number.

4. Mypayment.Biz, sent me a refund check when I complained via their website and filled out their form at mypayment.Biz. However, at the same time they gave me a "refund" (sent via check in the mail), they also sent two more unauthorized electronic checks to my bank. I am glad they sent me a check, as I then notified the BANK that the check was written on!!! And gave that bank the report I sent my bank with the police report, police report number etc.!! The bank for Mazumah, or mypayment.Biz was NOT happy let me tell you! As that bank was now guilty of receiving stolen funds and harboring stolen funds/property. I did NOT cash the check they sent me, instead, I kept it as evidence! Plus, my bank already gave me a refund, so it would be wrong for me to cash the "refund" check, instead, that refund should be given to my bank.

5. I received an email from mypayment.Biz! So, I then traced the email, and it came from outside of San Diego/La Jolla, where GreenZap is located!

6. Keep all records above, in case you are contacted to go to court against this con artist who started Greenzap.com. Or, in case we all need to work together to bring this man to justice (he is a repeat offender by the way).
