The company unauthorized a charge against my bank account for the amount of $59.90 for a service that I do not have with them and caused me to have a $70 overdraft charge

I checked my bank account on Sun Jan 9 to discover that I had a purchase for the amount of $59.90 with check number 9000. Due to the funds not being in my account I was also charged a $70 overdraft fee. I clicked on the check number link to see what the check was for. That's when I found out that it was for Voice Net Global LLC. I then called the 800 number listed on the check to find out what kind of service this was and to file a complaint. The customer service department was closed at the time but found out that the company offers dsl internet and long distance home service. I do not have a home of my own so getting internet and phone services are irrelevant when my mom already have services with Bellsouth.
