Promised refinish of bathroom and never even started work. Refuses to return money and is now playing games

Pete Spaziano apparently has some way of hacking into the website of Reliable Remodeling, stealstelephone messages that are left for Reliable for work needing to be done, calls the people as if he is affialiated with Reliable. He calls these people, who have no clue he has nothing at all to do with Reliable, makes an appt. With you, writes up a bogus contract, takes a deposit and never does any work. He Will not return the money when people want to cancel their contracts, he instead wants to make a big game out of it. For instance, he went as far as getting a money order in the amount that he owed me, $600.00, got a money order, overnighted the money order to me, only to find he made the money order out to "IRS". Of course, when I called him, he said that he must have mixed the one payable to me and mailed that one to the IRS and I received the one payable to the IRS. He tells me he needs this one back because he must make his payment to the IRS. I asked him to meet me at the post office and I would be more than happy to switch them out. He has every excuse why he can't do this. I have still not received any of my money.
THIS GUY MUST BE STOPPED! He is not only stealing innocent peoples money, but he is also messing up Reliable Remodel's name. We have pictures, we can plaster his mug all over the televison, whatever it takes. But, this must stop.
