Peter Phillip Spaziano/Steel City CONtracting Peter Spaziano should be in jail for all the crimes he has commited

I am another victim of the CON man Peter Spaziano. He called me on 5/4/08 and said he got my number from the internet / Reliable Builders and that he would come over to do a free estimate. I already had a few other estimates but thought it to be a GOOD idea to get one more. Long story short Peter Spaziano came to my home gave me the best price and got a $1000 deposit from me.

I called him the very next morning to tell him that I did not want to use the cement paver's we had discussed but he could still do the installtion of the stone I wanted to use. Pete started to complain (whine really) about the extra work he would have to do because he would have to pick up the stone himself, instead of it being delivered. After about 5 minutes of his blubbering, really this guy can barley put a sentence together, I told him I would see what I could do about getting the stone delivered so he wouldn't have to.

After thinking about what a bad attitude Pete had regarding the job, I chose not to use his services at all. I called him back about 30 minutes after the previous conversation and told him I would not be able to do the installation after all and that I wanted my money back.

Needless to say I still don't have my money, He has used the "lost money order" excuse, the "I'm on a job in Homestead" excuse and then when I told him I felt like he was conning me, he used every foul word when he called me back. "F#$% you, I'm a working man I don't need to steal your money". And then he called me back an hour or so later to say it was early in the morning and that is why he was so disgusting to me on the phone.

We know we will never see our money, but what I can't accept is that after being arrested at least 11 times in Polk County alone, why is this creatin not in prison. I will file my small claims against him and it will cost me $155 to do so, but I ask... Why is he allowed to walk the streets?

Peter Phillip Spaziano is a DUI, extortionist, arrest resisting, worhtless check writing, non support paying, theving, harassing phone call making, domestic abuser. And those are just the things he's been arrested for in Polk County. You can see it for yourself.
