Pete Spaziano is at it again. I too emailed an internet company called Reliable Remodel.com. The next morning I received a call from Mid Florida Contracting,
he would stop by that evening and check out the job. This was to be a bathroom remodel.

He said he could start the following week. He came by my shop the next day. I gave him pictures of the tile that I wanted and a check for $600.00. He asked for it to
be made out in his name, not the company's. I now know why.

The next week came and there was no word from Pete. I called him several times and each time he said yes they would be starting that day, he just had to make sure
the materials were in, he would call me back in a certain amount of time, then he wouldn't.

By Friday I decided to Google his name and this web site came up. A little too late. I have been trying to get my $600.00 back ever since. It's been over a month since
this started and I haven't seen any of it yet. Everything out of this guy's mouth is a lie. It has been one excuse after another. One day he said he had been
diagnosed with a brain tumor, but you need a brain for that.

He has papers to make himself look legitimate, but beware this guy is a crook. The latest is he overnighted a check to me that was made out to another entity.
I have given him every opportunity to make good on this, but he continues to lie. This guy is bad news, this is all a game to him, he actually seems to be enjoying himself.
