Accomodating the Disabled

I've been a normal consumer in the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it popped its gates towards the community. This past year, I turned disabled. I can't make use of a normal shopping cart, consequently I depend on a motorized cart. You will find two of these within the entire shop, nor operate correctly. Additionally, it's very hard to move out-of where the two carts are stored. I have reported to 1 of the supervisors on two or three events, without any outcome. I have named the 800# twice, no body has delivered my calls. Because I'm in several discomfort nowadays due to buying recently having a normal wagon, I Have chose to try calling somebody in Customer Support by mail. I'm furious due to the discomfort I am in and also the trouble the shop has caused me. I'm fed up with being respectful, because it appears to me, my situation isn't being taken into account. I might store at another Store but just before lately, I Have favored to patronize ShopRite in Carmel, Ny. I really hope somebody can get back again to me and solve my criticism.
