He is a ripped us off and left us with all kinds of problems

Pete Spaziano signed a contract accepting $4,500 down to complete a remodel job on a home I purchased. He hired two electricians to re wire the house, then never paid one of them. He then ran out of money and told the electrician to just pack his tools and quit. He left the home with wiring that is not up to code and a danger. He purchased tile, as the contract stated, then took it back to get his money back.

The original owners lived in another state so they were not here to supervise the job being done. They had no idea that Pete did not do what he was supposed to. They did say that he went to Amscott to cash the large check so that rang some alarm bells.

I am the new homeowner and he gave me his word that he would purchase the tile and get the electrician to finish the job. That was a month ago. He always says I will call you back but you dont hear from him until you are lucky enough for him to actually answer his phone. The electrician that he sent over said that he had to charge us for a job that was already paid to Pete. This guy has NO business being in business.

Also, a few weeks ago he called and asked that we meet him at Lowes so he could purchase the tile. We met him, picked out the tile and even loaded the tile in our vehicle and guess what? His credit card declined! Then he attempted to write a check but the cashier told him that she would have to call his bank to verify funds but he told her not to do that and we had to unload the tile. What a business man. I am planning on suing him. Hopefully other homeowners and subcontracters read these reports and steer clear of Pete Spaziano!
