The company never delivered my order but did charge my credit card and has never responded to my inquiries other than to e-mail a form with the same ref no. Every time

Ez inkjets charged my credit card but did not deliver the order. I have e-mailed them many times but have not recieved any response except a form letter saying they will contact me within 48 hours. To date i have had no satisfaction.
