Rip-off, merchandise never sent, credit card charged

Merchandise ordered 10-28-06. Credit card was charged at time order was placed. Order never received. Called, and was told that a tracer will be placed with post office.
And that a replacement order will be shipped. Still no merchandise. From then on no way to contact company. No response to phone calls or e/mails. Company will not refund money.

This company is a total fraud and needs to be put out of business and put in jail. Do not order from this company.
