Charged My Card and Never Delivered Orde

I placed an order with this company for several products totaling $149.18 on 2/26/09. They charged my card on 2/27/09 for this order, which was to be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
I contacted the company through their order inquiry form on their website on 3/6/09 to report that I had not received the order and requested information. I received an email back stating that the order had been shipped and that I should receive it by the end of that week (even though the 6th was a Friday) or the first part of the next week.
I waited until the end of the next week and again contacted them through their order inquiry form on 3/13/09 stating that I still had not received the order that I was told had been shipped and should have been received by the first of that week. Again, I received an email back stating that they would check with the shipping manager. No other explanation given at that point and no other information received after that response.
I contacted them again on 3/23/09 through both the online order inquiry and replying to the email address that had responded to my previous inquiries. I stated that since I had still not received my order after almost a full month and since I had received no explanation as to why that I was requesting a refund be issued in full immediately since I no longer wished to do business with them. I received no response back on this email.
I tried to call the telephone number listed on their website and listed on the transaction on my credit card account but it has been disconnected. I have sent another email today stating that this will be my final contact before filing fraud charges but I really don't expect to hear back.
Do not order from this company!!
