Ripoff Takes your money but doesn't deliver the product

Same sad story.

I ordered several cases of oranges on 2/2/07 including some as gifts being sent to addresses across the country. A week later, I called to follow-up on the phone after getting no follow-up email.

After 25 tries to get through on busy phone lines (not a good sign), I got ahold of someone. She said they had a freeze and everyone was working to save the trees; however, as a special favor she'd put my order to the top so it would get shipped out soon.

Well, three more weeks and their website still shows my order as "ordered" and not shipped. I cancelled the order with my credit card company.

The other business complaint service has over 50 complaints lodged on this company. DO NOT DEAL with this company.
